For non-registered users viewing spaces created via our platform, Smplrspace does not endorse or provide any guarantee of dimensional accuracy of the spaces we host, nor do we verify that models are to-scale representations of the actual spaces. Please approach the provider who created the space for details.

For registered users, all features and price modules are subject to fair usage policy. We reserve the right to contact accounts with an oversized usage not in line with our pricing model for mitigation and, if required, cancelation of certain features or the account itself. Any abuse of our terms may result in the suspension of your account. Smrplspace shall not be used as sole solution for renovation or construction planning as the dimensional accuracy of the 3D models is not guaranteed by Smplrspace.
